1. Introduction

The university's enterprise WeChat "Beijing Foreign Studies University" is the only official enterprise WeChat of the university. It aims to establish a link between the university and teachers and students, effectively simplify the management process, improve the efficiency of information communication and collaboration, and enhance the service and management capacity for teachers and students, which is different from the previous WeChat subscription number and service number.

All users are based on real and strict identity verification, and the micro-signal of teachers and students is bound to the academic and industrial number, which can provide personalised information and services to specific teachers and students, and provide interfaces to the data centre for all-round interaction with WeChat users.

2.Login

For mobile phones, download the Enterprise WeChat app and authenticate through the registered mobile phone number; for PCs, you can visit the official website of Enterprise WeChat at https://work.weixin.qq.com/下载.

3. Functions

Enterprise WeChat is now online with more than 20 functional services. Important functions such as entry and exit reports and approvals during the school epidemic are all on Enterprise WeChat (see Figures 7-2 and 7-3). The "OA system" enables OA approvals to be operated on the mobile terminal, and the "One Card" facilitates teachers and students to check the balance of their campus cards. More functions will be launched soon.
