1. Introduction

Beiwai Cloud Drive provides public services such as synchronisation, sharing and management of teaching and research resource data and documents for teaching staff. Its functions mainly include the operation of files and folders, such as uploading, downloading, moving, copying and other basic file operations and file sharing methods, aiming to provide a smoother document access and sharing experience for the teaching and mobile office of the university.

2.Login

Method 1: After logging in to Digital Beiwai, select "Beiwai Cloud Drive" in the application (see Figure 14-1);

Method 2, PC client login, visit https://www.seafile.com/download/, download the desktop synchronisation client, complete the installation of the pop-up login interface as shown in Figure 14-2, click "Single Sign-on or WeChat Login".

Enter the single sign-on address https://icloud.bfsu.edu.cn, click "OK" and then enter the digital North user name and password in the pop-up page of unified authentication to complete the sign-on (see Figure 14-3).

Method 3, mobile client login, search for Seafile Pro in the mobile phone application shop, open the application after downloading, click "Add Account" and select "Single Sign-On" (see Figure 14-4).

Enter the single sign-on address https://icloud.bfsu.edu.cn, click Sign In to enter the Unified Authentication page, enter your Digital North user name and password, and complete the login.

3.Main Functions

Beiwai Cloud Drive provides document uploading, online editing, document downloading, document sharing, group sharing and other functions for school staff. The PC client can achieve mutual synchronisation between the remote database in the cloud and the cloud drive locally, and the mobile client can achieve flexible operation of documents on the mobile side.
