The construction goal of the data centre platform is to formulate the school data dictionary and information coding standards, unify the data exchange standards, establish a safe, efficient and fully shared school affairs information data centre based on the standards of "Management Information of Higher Education Institutions" promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2012 and the relevant industry information standards, and combine with the actual situation of the school; to standardize the whole process of information from collection, processing, exchange to comprehensive utilization. Gradually form an effective operation mechanism of information management, provide support for school leaders and relevant departments in information use and analysis decision-making, and provide efficient information services for teaching management and talent cultivation of the school.

If you find any errors in your personal data, you can contact the relevant data generating department to change it , and we will synchronise the correct data in time.

The Departmental Portrait module includes data statistics from various systems such as staff, students, assets, finance, research, books, etc. The data is presented in a graphical way, which is visually friendlier and more intuitive.
