Office automation systems

1. Introduction

The OA office automation system of our university was put into operation in 2015 and upgraded in October 2021. The functions of the system mainly include official document management, issue management and minutes management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Office of the President, schedule management of the university leaders, contract management, seal management, business trip management, letter and visit management, information reporting and information disclosure management, application for licences of division-level cadres, borrowing, and maintenance of the licence information, etc., and support for mobile login and so on (see Figure 9-1).

The office automation system is seamlessly integrated with the digital Northwestern platform (unified identity authentication), and the process can be tracked in real time, with a standardised office process that can be implemented to specific clerks.

2.Login

Method 1, after logging in to Digital North, click as shown in Figure 9-2;
